It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns and Warranty
Desmay Limited accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items (shipping excluded). Return shipping labels are provided, and refunds are issued to the original payment method after product inspection. Exclusions include items from warranty claims, courtesy replacements, BOGO sales, or products with signs of use.
Desmay Limited provides a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. One free replacement is allowed per case within this period. Claims require a photo of the issue and Order ID.
